MonkEcards was born when a graphic designer/flash animator had a baby boy. How could he and his wife send out paper announcements when the magic of multimedia was at his finger tips? So he put his creative juices to work, created a funny monkey, threw in a banana for good measure, and sent an animated card to friends and family.
To his surprise, the response to the original announcement was overwhelming. Soon friends were asking for their own monkEcard. He wondered if other people would even pay for his services. Voila monkEcards was born!
